TamaniCorp's last ditch effort to recover their losses from the Gush fiasco, Lactaid is a simplistic one-use medipen that will cause the user to begin a natural lactation cycle. Unlike its predecessor, Lactaid has few side effects and a low risk of addiction.

Acquisition
- Can be purchased from Lerris at the TamaniCorp shop on Tavros Station.
- Can be purchased from Ellie at the gift shop in Big T's barn house in New Texas.
Usage
This item is consumed on use. In doing so, the pill will have immediate permanent effects on the player character.

Note: Because the milk fullness change is not additive, it is possible to use this item when the character's milk fullness is above 100%, decreasing the previous milk fullness.
