A needle full of an almost milky blue fluid. The reservoir seems to hold almost 250 mL it. On the side, there is an illustration of a scale with a jar of cum on one side and a bull's testicles on the other. Usage

This item will be applied on use if the player character has testicles or a penis. In doing so, the drug will have immediate permanent effects on the player character, forcing the player character to Masturbate right before the transformations take place.

Equilibricum will try and converge towards an "equilibrium" of 2 litres of cum per inch of ball diameter by manipulating Cum Efficiency and Testicle Size as follows:

Cum Capacity cannot be made to increase by more than 20 000 ml per use (or 30 000 ml with Potent). Likewise, testicle diameter cannot be made to increase by more than 10 inches (or 15 inches with the Bulgy perk). Besides raising the limits, Bulgy and Potent will both increase the gains by 50% and reduce the losses by 50% for those same two stats. Hitting or exceeding the normal cap will also cause the player to gain a new pair of testicles.

It is interesting to note that the formula always uses the modified Testicle Size in all of its calculations, and only substract the ball size modifier when calculating the Final Testicle Size. The ball size modifier is primarily used to keep track of the effects of 'Nuki Nuts, so that perk could be used to "simulate" extreme testicle sizes when using that item (regardless of the size they should have), except the transformation only occurs immeditately following a masturbation scene, which would see the modifier be reset to 0.
