Description
While occurring in nature on the worn slopes of the Windy Peaks, these egg-sized pebbles are far more common synthesized by budding enchanters as practice. By capturing a small amount of a storm's energy in a specially-prepared stone, the user can store the power of a lightning strike for later use. It's said that scouts of the old Belhar Empire would use them as emergency signals, or as escape tools when facing imminent capture.
Throwing this will stagger and deal 20 + X + Y storm damage to all enemies hit.
Usage
Throwing the stone will Stagger and deal 20 + Cunning + Willpower storm damage to all enemies hit. Also can be used in a lot of events to skip fights or begin fights with advantage or such.
