Catnip Tea is a consumable transformative item. Consuming a dose produces a random transformation towards a Catmorph.

Description

A small waterskin filled with tea made with dried catnip. The plant seems to have changed in recent years, becoming much more resilient to colder climates and growing in patches where people would least expect it.
