| “ | I wasn't saying the demons fouled the sea or anything, or that it used to be all sunshine and green grass. Well, they may very well have done it anyway, but I'm not seeing it. The coastlands have always been miserable, enough for the womenfolk to wax poetic about it. But seeing it now, as opposed to what I was a calf with just Mom and Rina — maybe it's not the sea that's changed, it's me.

The coastlands have always been miserable, enough for Khor'minos' womenfolk to wax poetic about it. Maybe I should give it a try myself, too — it's not the sea that's changed, [pc.name]. It's me, and not just in the obvious way.

The Siege of Khor'minos
| “ | When the war began, the Crown Prince devised a strategy to save the citizens at the expense of the territory. King Kelsaz ordered the provinces evacuated, and so our town, like most others, is now empty and abandoned. Surrendered to the enemy without a fight, while we all cower behind the only walls strong enough to break our enemies again. The Navy reports seeing throngs of demons on the coast near the old port, looting what they please and using my family's estate as a command post to coordinate their raids upriver. So: badly, yes.

Geography & Points of Interest
| “ | The view from here is breathtaking: the Sea of Sapphires meets the chalk-white cliffs of the eastern Hornpeaks, and stretches out into the distance. You can see the faintest suggestion of islands beyond the coast, the furthest edge of the Sailgrave Archipelago. Beneath you are the outskirts of eastern Khor'minos, a small villa half-protected by the stone with a waterfront view.

The Sea of Sapphires also goes by the name, the Sapphire Sea.
Eltha Villas
| “ | COME IN FRIENDSHIP TO ELTHA VILLAS, THE SEA VIEW FROM THE STONE.

Currently, as of version 0.9.1, the only notable information about these villas is that the streets contain no signs of life or activity, save for a single half-lit estate, the largest, at the end of the street. A guard, wearing the uniform of the Khor'minos Chargers is posted at the door.
In the middle of the street is a statue of a minotaur man in a toga holding a pair of scales. Atop the scales lies a blue Waystone. A scant few people, servants, can be seen scurrying from the estate.
Lift
A lift that cuts the long trek towards the shore lies abandoned and unused since the beginning of the demon invasion. At the bottom of the cliffs is a wheelhouse whose mechanism is powered by TODO. The quest Uplifting involves finding the rope and TODO.
Zone 1
Is the long road that slowly descends towards the coast. TODO
Zone 2
The coast itself. TODO
Encounters
In an explorable combat area, certain parts of the map are undiscovered. To unlock the path towards an unconnected/greyed-out path, the Champion will need to first Explore the area before it, for the chance to unlock the path towards it. There exist three different roaming encounter types that the Champion may stumble across: Combat, Other, and Priority (usually pregnancy & seasonal events).
When the Champion enters a new tile or Explores, it will roll all possible encounters, while Pick Fight will only roll Combat encounters.
