If the Champion kills Taldahs while freeing the Centaur Village from Kasyrra's influence (See Taldahs Combat for details), Ahmri is captured by Tollus.
To progress Ill Fated Rescue, the Champion must be in control of the Wayfort (which requires having Daliza, Farrah, or Jael'yn), and it must have been at least seven days since they completed Harboring a Fugitive.
At that point, they will receive a letter from Tollus the next time they enter the Frost Hound, which tells them to come find Ahmri in the Undermountain. This begins the side quest, after which demon Ahmri can be found at the Centaur Village or the Wayfort, where the Champion can talk to and have sex with her.
