Double Pepper is a consumable transformative item. Consuming a dose gives a second cock, allowing the use of multi-cocks.
Description
A pupperidge pepper that's been mutated, splitting itself down the middle and growing into two identical shafts from one knotty base. Smells spicy!

Unless stated, these new effects will overwrite all existing types or tags of a certain body part.
