You exchange a look with Etheryn as the bailiff lights a torch, angling the nascent flames down the curling stone stairs. They go down and down far out of sight, but you can hear... something, a faint laughter on the air, echoing up from the depths.
"This leads to the family crypt, doesn't it?" Ryn asks. "At least back home, it would."
Daliza nods, frowning. "Any boer'alvar castle would have its crypt and vaults down below. Do you hear that, though? What degenerate is down there giggling over the bones of my ancestors?"
"It's not Alissa's voice, at least."

The Mad Psion is a moth-demon found in the crypts of Dracia Keep.

Appearance

Standing at the foot of the door is a lone, living individual with her head thrown back and motherine wings spread out, howling with laughter as she clutches her horned, befeelered head. She's wearing flowing black robes adorned with blue starlight patters visible through the cuts up her legs and the interior of a tremendously wide-brimmed hat. That looks damnably familiar.

Encounters

The first and only time you can encounter this NPC is during The Demon of Ice quest, within the crypts of Dracia Keep. Daliza, hearing the same maddening voices that the Psion does and infuriated over the intrusion of her ancestor’s resting place, will rush the moth demon and begin a combat encounter immediately.
