The man who answers to Master Tollus is one of the main antagonists of C&C2. The head of the Demon Cult, he answered directly to Kasyrra before the events of the game and is currently jockeying for power with her.

Tollus and his cult had haunted the Marches a good twenty years before the events of the Tutorial, and is the main cause for the region's instability. It is revealed by The Baroness that he is her cousin of some distance removed, and he claimed that the Barony of Hawkethorne is his birthright.

He's a tall human man, slender as a skeleton beneath a heavy black robe that flows around him. His hood rests on spidery shoulders, revealing taut, ghostly-pale flesh covered with swirling tattoos written in the spidery tongue of magic. His eyes are shadowed coal black, and arcane pendants hang pendulously from his neck.

He carries a dark, wooden staff in one hand, tipped with a dark crystal and a blade driven through its haft to let it cut like a scythe. Tollus swings it with uncanny grace for such a frail-looking man, sweeping it about himself like a partner at a macabre dance.
