Asking Azyrran about herself for the first time will have her introduce herself, and state that she is a Hive Knight, who protects her home alongside a team of sisters, although she's going through some difficulties with her hive. She is a hornet, and a majority of them are stronger and quicker than their bee-folk cousins, however, they are less blessed of the chest. Like their cousins, the hornets produce enchanted honey from a steady diet of nectar and the essences of other races. The hornets have also become more aggressive, seeking to spread their Queen's eggs faster than ever before, and Azyrran is expected to do the same, although she doesn't intend to, as she doesn't enjoy taking what is not freely offered - this will also unlock the other talk options.

Azyrran was away from the hive, investigating the spreading corruption in the forest, when the corruption in the hive spun out of control, as once the corruption took her mother the queen, her non-Hive Knight sisters, who were less independent, followed suit.

She explains that her sisters have been taking corrupted pollen home and it has been refined into nectar that is stored in the hive, corrupting the hive in the process. If the Champion has Low Trust (< 1) with Azyrran, rendezvousing with them will have the Champion see Azyrran smiling and talking to Liaden, only for her expression change to caution once the Champion arrives, and she thanks the Champion for finding a lovely paladin for the extra assistance, if the sudden change of Azyrran's expression bothers Liaden, she doesn't show it. Regardless of the Trust, Liaden formulates a plan; that she can take advantage of the corrupted hornets by distracting them with her ass and running for it, while Azyrran takes the Champion to the hive and defeats the queen. Once the Champion confronts [[Queen Nyzerrah]], the hornets guards would be called back, allowing Liaden to enter hive. Liaden is able to taunt at least three dozen bimbo workers, which allows Azyrran and the Champion to make their way to the entrance of the hive undetected. Interactions

First Encounter

The Champion will first encounter Azyrran in the tile before the Wayfort. As they make their way through the forest, and further into the corrupted parts of it, the Champion will hear the sound of angry buzzings and girlish laughter. Cautiously, they see a woman fighting against a group of effigies with a wolf. The leader spots the Champion, and they are forced into the Effigy Ambush fight, consisting of an allied Azyrran against 1 Effigy Archer, 1 Verdant Wolf, and 2 Effigies.

Having been defeated, the effigies retreat, leaving a winded Azyrran thankful for the Champion's assistance. She introduces herself as a hive knight and daughter of Queen Nyzerrah, although the reason why she's alone is complicated and can be explained later after a rest. She also asks if the Champion can spar with her sometimes as she'd like to get stronger, she adds that they can also hug as she does miss hugs. With that, the Champion has the following options:

With the Champion defeated and molestation imminent, the effigies are interrupted a towering flower-lady who states that these effigies were called home ages ago. The flower-lady muses that Mother has plans for at least one of them, but it's hometime now, so the effigies leave without claiming the spoils.

Having recovered enough to get to their feet, the Champion inquires about the hornet whose sitting in a curled position. After she wipes her eyes, she apologizes as the defeat hurt her pride, and introduces herself as a hive knight and daughter of Queen Nyzerrah. Still winded from the fight, she asks the Champion for a spar when they next meet as she would like to improve herself, she also mentions that they can hug as she does miss those, but still sore, she gives the Champion a tired wave before disappearing.

Regardless of victory or defeat, having encountered Azyrran begins the events of the Land of Milky Honey.

Azyrran announces her name and states that she is a knight of the hive, however, her hive has been going though some difficulties. Like all vesparans, she produces enchanted honey from a steady diet or nectar and good food, however, her people have become more aggressive - as can be seen in the Hornets encounter, and she is expected to the same. She has no intention of taking anything that isn't freely offered, but she intends to stop whatever it is and may need the Champion's help.

In regards to her current state, Azyrran mentions that she's getting a bit stir-crazy as vesparans ache without companionship and her self-imposed exile has gone on for an eternity. There are 5 random variations on what she currently did.

Azyrran chides that the Champion hasn't properly introduces themselves. They correct this mistake and they exchange a friendly handshake.

The Champion tells Azyrran of their adventures, if any companion is present, they will join in on the tale-telling.

In regards to her hive, Azyrran mentions that her sisters and queen have changed, it began when a demon gave the queen a promise of magic that would help them create more honey. They're hive is small and poor, they would often struggle to feed themselves and have had to resort to martial skill to secure provisions during hard winters. Azyrran was away searching nearby ruins for useful metal when this happened, and was waylaid by mutated plants and effigies. By the time she returned, the same corruption awaited her, and she was forced to flee. Majority of her sisters, the workers, are less independent than the Hive Knights and soon changed and followed their queen as soon as the corruption worked itself upon her.

Nothing has changed with her hive, and she suffers with that every day.
