If ever was an NPC in Trials in Tainted Space, who could embodied the trait of Roaming NPC, it would be Bianca. Bianca travels from world to world that in the chain of planets relevant to the Planet Rush in order to provide mobile medical services to all the reckless rushers, out trying to find their fortune or make a name for themselves. Bianca will first appear on planet Mhen'ga. After 7 days have passed she will travel to the next planet, that planet being Tarkus. After Tarkus she will travel to Myrellion and then cycle back to Mhen'ga.

Between the hours of 08:00-16:59, Bianca will be out and about, roaming the wilderness in most of the hostile squares as a Random Encounter. The rate of encountering her is slightly higher than encountering Kattom Osgood. She cannot be encountered in special dungeon like squares like Quinn's Waterfall, Sh'ziad's Queendom, the Wetraxxel Brawler's Den, or the entirety of the Deep Caves. After the first encounter, there is 60% chance that Bianca will simply be occupying the square for a short time, and the player can approach the Doctor if they so desire. The other 40% is the chance that Bianca or the Player will automatically approach each other. When meeting Bianca in the wilderness, the player can Spend Time with her, which increases Familiarity as well as simply Talk to her. The player can also ask for Bianca to provide you with a medical examination and Treatment. When providing the player with medical attention, she will remove completely restore Health to max, reduce Lust to minimum, removes all levels of Soreness to minimum, and greatly reduce the duration of any status effects gained from Akane's Hardcore BDSM sessions. She also can cure the player if they have been infected with any SSTD's. If the player has only 1 SSTD she will charge 350 Credits and if the player has multiple diseases, she will charge the player at the discounted price of 250 credits. She is incapable of removing Parasites from your body, but will highly recommend removing them as soon as possible.

Between the hours of 17:00-20:00, Bianca will be stationed at her portable booth within the main, non-hostile town/city on each respective world. On Mhen'ga, the booth will be located ESBETH'S NORTH PATH tile, or the same tile with the bulletin board advertising Kase and Julian Haswell's quests. On Tarkus, the booth will be located directly south of Shekka's WIDGET WAREHOUSE. On Myrellion, the booth is located at the SECURITY CHECKPOINT which is west of the Myr Embassy. The player will have the option to Line Up to potentially receive an examination. Bianca's Booth Examination provides the exact same effects of the above Wilderness Treatments as well as can sell you medicine to use while your in the wilderness or in dangerous combat settings. However, since their are several people already in line besides you, Bianca doesn't have time to chit-chat or spend prolonged amounts of time with the player. The player can try to Touch Fluffy tail. Additionally, if the player visits Bianca's Booth 3 times in a row without being in anyway sick or purchasing her supplies, she will become annoyed and have interactions with her temporarily sealed off.

Between the hours of 20:00-00:00, Bianca will spend her evenings at the local bar. You can talk to her in greater detail than in the wilderness and potentially have sex with her if Familiarity has been raised to a sufficient amount.

Between the hours of 00:01-7:59, Bianca will be getting her eight or so hours of beauty sleep.

Bianca has a dynamic affection score known as Familiarity, which fluctuates with the player's interactions with her. Right now, the highest the Familiarity can reach is 51%. The player will have the choice of 1 talk scene with Bianca when meeting her in the wilderness and choosing to spend time with her before Familiarity reaches 51%. Bianca can also be encountered in Burt's Badass Meadhall, the bar portion of The Mess, or The Golden Peak, after establishing a Familiarity score of 25%, after recently getting a Check-Up from Bianca on the respective planet, and meeting her in the wilderness and used the Spend Time option at least twice. If all the conditions are met, she can be encountered late between the hours of 20:00 and 00:00. There the player can sit down and talk at length with her about multiple topics. When entering each bar for the first time with after the conditions are met, a special scene will play to indicate Bianca's presence. The topics of discussion are:
