They're wearing black robes with hoods pulled up to conceal their faces, though you can see hints of flesh scoured with intricate lines of tattoos that cover their faces and necks in intricate patterns. If you didn't know any better, you could swear some of those markings look like huge, throbbing pricks and drooling pussies. You shake the thought off -- you're seeing things.

So far the only interactions with the cultists of the Demon Cult are all hostile.

Cultists attack in groups during the tutorial, using physical and blinding attacks to try and overwhelm the Champion and Cait.
A pair of cultists and a cultist archer can be found raiding the Pupperidge Farm if the Champion were to initially discover it. Cultists can be found as part of a patrol and the cultist barricade during the events of Getting Into The Closet.

Appearance
You fix your attention across the river as several black-clad figures step out from the brush, brandishing bows and staves. Just like the men you fought outside Tollus's temple that blizzard-struck night when this all began, they've got lascivious tattoos all across their faces, black cocks around their cheeks and pussies around their eyes — blatant displays of their allegiance to Kasyrra.
Interactions
The cultist mage can be found as part of the River Cultists group that guards the river in Harvest Valley. The mage can also sometimes be found as the leader of a cultist patrol during the events of Getting Into The Closet.

The leader of the cultists manning the barricade is a seven foot-tall hunk of meat. Dressed in robes of purple and black with bronze plating affixed to the fabric, he strikes an imposing figure as he smashes away with the spiked head of his mace. What's exposed of his bulging, muscle-bound limbs are covered with obscene tattoos and purple veins, pulsing with a sinister light. Tollus certainly has been using his newfound powers to empower his more prominent underlings...

Appearance
Transversing the wide, open expanse of Harvest Valley, you're confronted with a strange sight: that of a palanquin being carried on the shoulders of two burly cultists. They have to be — you instantly recognise them as such, given that their dark robes are identical to those worn by Tollus' little demon-worshipping posse. The distinct black, red-hemmed garb makes them stick out like a sore thumb amidst the greens, browns and greys of the landscape, and the dark outlines of the tattoos they bear stand out on their skin, pulsing with corrupt energy even when at rest.
Interactions
Two Cultist Bodyguards will always accompany the Cultist Evangelist, however only defeating the Evangelist is required to end the fight.

Like the Cultist Shieldbearer, the Cultist Magos only appears once during the Tutorial alongside another cultist as part of the second group of cultists. She had her hands all over the male cultist that was going to fuck the Shieldbearer when Cait interrupts them. She comments if Cait was the impure one Master Tollus had said, and the male cultist retorts the irony of her word considering she's a slut herself, to which she cackles and corrects that impurity is holiness in the Mistress's eyes. It is unknown if the cultist Cait catches is her or the Shieldbearer, regardless, they are not seen again.
