Queen Nyzerrah slowly stands, dismissing the two servicing drones, and gives a bubbly little laugh, commenting on the cuties before her and how her sweetling Azzy has grown. She slowly stalks to a side of the room and grasps a heavy greatspear, and she states that although she has many questions, the Champion hurt her babies, and they must do as Queen Kasyrra did and prove themselves in a fight. Azyrran nervous echoes her mother's final words, to which the Queen sighs and shakes her head, stating that Azyrran has gotten strong, however, it was by fighting her sisters, which is wrong and bad. As her mother, she commands Azyrran to go to her, to which a trembling Azyrran apologizes to the Champion, stating that she cannot fight her mother, and that she hopes the Champion wins. The Queen's handmaidens approach to aid their queen, however, they are waved off by her in an idle motion, and the Queen Nyzerrah fight begins.

Taking hold of a massive greatspear, Nyzerrah declares that while she has a lot of questions and bets that the Champion and Azyrran have their reasons; they hurt her little babies so they must do as Queen Kasyrra did and prove themselves first.

While she praises Azyrran for being strong, she admonishes that it was through fighting her sisters and states that it's wrong and bad. Through a subtle change in pheromones, she commands Azyrran to come to her, which forces Azyrran to fight against the Champion. This will begin a fight against Queen Nyzerrah and Azyrran (with companion gear).

Regardless if the Champion fucked Nyzerrah or not, when they ask what happened when they met Kasyrra; she explains when Kasyrra challenged the hive and won, Kasyrra insisted that sex is power as they have the bodies to dominate and sex being lots of fun - and as the victor, the hive will follow Kasyrra's demands as long as it doesn't hurt them. The Siege of Khor'minos: Hive Knights

During state 12 of The Siege of Khor'minos, one of the allies the Champion can gather is Nyzerrah's Hive Knights, to which they can ask her to Ally Against Demons.

The Champion steels themselves to request something so serious, which catches Nyzerrah's interest making her guess and ask if it's finally a marriage proposal. The Champion almost chokes, as they ask for her help - the whole hive's help. After half an hour passes as the Champion explains the events of Khor'minos, which has Nyzerrah tease that the whole 'under-a-mountain' situation is a no-sell, but answers that since they've help them in their time of need, they can help the Champion - and mutters a barely audible "at no cost".

How the Champion convinces her to help depends on a few factorsPersonality: Dark Knight or not
If not: Sexed Nyzzerah or not, regardless, they succeed and the Heavy Hive Knights unit under the command of Lady Azyrran will be available for the siege.

The Songstress Blade: Sword Charm

Having talked to Jael'yn about her Sword and begun the search for the sword charms to form The Songstress Blade, one of the clues: "The first is mired in honey, and a bosom overflowed." points the Champion towards the direction of the Hive. With the Captain's Greatsword with them, they can ask Nyzerrah about a Sword Charm.

When given the description of the item, Nyzerrah immediately recognizes the item and orders one of her handmaidens to retrieve it. The Champion puzzled, mutters how easy it was to be given the charm, which has Nyzerrah explain that they owe everything to the Champion, and teases that unless they're willing to take it as a dowry so she can take them as her hive-(husband/wife).
