Appearance
In the center of it is a woman, carrying a black lance and shield. At first glance, she seems nearly human, with dark skin, an ample bosom, and long flaxen tresses hanging down to her slender shoulders. It could range a minimum of -5 (low trust) to +5 (high trust) and would determine her trust and confidence in the Champion and can open an alternate start to the quest. This mechanics has been almost completely removed, save for a very few and inconsequential comments/sentences.

Interactions
First Encounter
The Champion will first encounter Azyrran in the tile before the Wayfort. As they make their way through the forest, and further into the corrupted parts of it, the Champion will hear the sound of angry buzzings and girlish laughter. Cautiously, they see a woman fighting against a group of effigies with a wolf. The leader spots the Champion, and they are forced into the Effigy Ambush fight, consisting of an allied Azyrran against 1 Effigy Archer, 1 Verdant Wolf, and 2 Effigies.
Having been defeated, the effigies retreat, leaving a winded Azyrran thankful for the Champion's assistance. She introduces herself as a hive knight and daughter of Queen Nyzerrah, although the reason why she's alone is complicated and can be explained later after a rest. She also asks if the Champion can spar with her sometimes as she'd like to get stronger, she adds that they can also hug as she does miss hugs. With that, the Champion has the following options:

With the Champion defeated and molestation imminent, the effigies are interrupted a towering flower-lady who states that these effigies were called home ages ago. The flower-lady muses that Mother has plans for at least one of them, but it's hometime now, so the effigies leave without claiming the spoils.
Having recovered enough to get to their feet, the Champion inquires about the hornet whose sitting in a curled position. After she wipes her eyes, she apologizes as the defeat hurt her pride, and introduces herself as a hive knight and daughter of Queen Nyzerrah. Still winded from the fight, she asks the Champion for a spar when they next meet as she would like to improve herself, she also mentions that they can hug as she does miss those, but still sore, she gives the Champion a tired wave before disappearing.
Regardless of victory or defeat, having encountered Azyrran begins the events of the Land of Milky Honey.

Azyrran announces her name and states that she is a knight of the hive, however, her hive has been going though some difficulties. Like all vesparans, she produces enchanted honey from a steady diet or nectar and good food, however, her people have become more aggressive - as can be seen in the Hornets encounter, and she is expected to the same. She has no intention of taking anything that isn't freely offered, but she intends to stop whatever it is and may need the Champion's help.
In regards to her current state, Azyrran mentions that she's getting a bit stir-crazy as vesparans ache without companionship and her self-imposed exile has gone on for an eternity. There are 5 random variations on what she currently did.
Azyrran chides that the Champion hasn't properly introduces themselves. They correct this mistake and they exchange a friendly handshake.
The Champion tells Azyrran of their adventures, if any companion is present, they will join in on the tale-telling.
In regards to her hive, Azyrran mentions that her sisters and queen have changed, it began when a demon gave the queen a promise of magic that would help them create more honey. They're hive is small and poor, they would often struggle to feed themselves and have had to resort to martial skill to secure provisions during hard winters. Azyrran was away searching nearby ruins for useful metal when this happened, and was waylaid by mutated plants and effigies. By the time she returned, the same corruption awaited her, and she was forced to flee. Majority of her sisters, the workers, are less independent than the Hive Knights and soon changed and followed their queen as soon as the corruption worked itself upon her.
Nothing has changed with her hive, and she suffers with that every day.
Land of Milky Honey
About the Hive Problem
In regards to the corruption of her hive, Azyrran has barely been back since the storm, and when she did, her hive greatly changed from what she remembers. Her sisters have turned into sex fiends devoid of reason, and her mother, no longer the glorious warrior and now a bimbo incessant in spreading her eggs throughout the forest, regardless if anyone is willing or not. She assumes that since the hive has a single main pool for nectar, that the corrupted pollen has triggered a breeding frenzy in her mother. She wants the pool purified and hopes that the damage can be undone, as she was able to shrug off the corrupting influence and flee.
The problem is that the queen has turned into a corrupted honeypot and cannot be allowed to feed the hive from her own breasts as her honey is even more tainted than the hive's nectar pool, however, Azyrran cannot turn her lance against her mother so the Champion must be the one to subdue her.
In regards on where to start, since vesparans are children of Lumia, one of her lightbringers could cleanse the pool. She's heard that a retired arch-paladin by the name of Ser Riordan Sanders resides in the little hamlet to the south. If the Champion can convince him to help, it would be a great help.
Hive Infiltration
Having enlisted the aid of Liaden, the next time the Champion encounters Azyrran, they will find the two in deep conversation. Upon seeing the Champion, Azyrran is grateful to them for finding a paladin to assist. Liaden formulates a plan by taking advantage of the corrupted hornets' desire to spread their queen's egg - that she'll run decoy by tempting the guards and have them chase her while Azyrran and the Champion sneak into the hive and beat up the queen.
Azyrran voices that she cannot fight her own mother, but Liaden insists that they deal with her somehow, and hopefully while they're confronting the queen, she'll call the guards back, so Liaden can climb up to the hive and meet them in the pool room once everything has been dealt with.

Once the Champion confirms that they're ready to begin with the plan, Azyrran leads them towards her hive. There Liaden throws a taunting shout towards the hive, attracting the attention of at least three dozen workers and dashes off into the direction of the Wayfort. With the entrance to the hive cleared, Azyrran and the Champion make their way into the hive.
Hornet Hive
Once inside, the Champion will have to defeat Prince Nyze and Jyrranaz before they can deal with Queen Nyzerrah. While she has a small back and forth with Nyze where he calls her a traitor and she calls him a spoiled child, she does not have any with Jyrranaz. She also makes note that the trap before the queen's chambers was not there before, and that her sisters in their current state would not have the presence of mind to set it up.
