The Corrupt Spawn are creatures born from the [[Abyssal Thing]] consuming people, somehow eradicating their free will, and regurgitating them to serve its will. The ones witnessed in the game are taken from the [[Palace of Ice]], consisting of [[Kasyrra]]'s dragon army she was attempting to bring through an extraplanar portal before the Abyssal Thing intervened (if you're on the romance path with Kas), as well as elves who happened to be in the vicinity.
