If the Champion does not meet any of the transformation conditions, no transformations from this item will materialize. Unlike most transformative items, this item cannot be Alchemically Infused, such that the Body Target label is used as a guide or reference instead, and the item is always consumed as Raw.

Unless stated otherwise, these new transformative changes will replace any previously existing type and/or tag of the affected body part. Additionally, for Cock-related transformations, it will affect one cock at a time (for multiple cock cases) (e.g. the effects may trigger for both, only one, or neither).
