Ahmri is the daughter of the Chieftain of the Harvest Valley centaurs, Taldahs, and Tiki, a beautiful centaur of the Far North who returned there shortly after her birth. She is cheerful, if easy to fluster, and very brave: the Champion meets her when she is on the run, looking for a way to save her corrupted tribe, despite that she had rarely been outside of the Centaur Village before and had little to no weapons training. She is, at heart, a voracious reader and lover of sweets.

After the Champion has completed Harboring a Fugitive, they can marry and have children with Ahmri if they choose to purify the village. Her first child is a unique, nameable boy.

“	The centaur chieftain's daughter smiles brightly, and has barely stopped since she started hanging out in your camps. Her icy-blonde hair is done up in a crown braid, perfectly accentuating the sun kissed tan of her skin. Bright blue eyes view the plains with abject curiosity, approaching every new experience with eager delight. The exhaustion of her flight seems to be running in reverse. Now that she's no longer on the run, Ahmri has traded her undersized chestplate for a better fitting summer dress that looks equally out of place in the brisk valley air. Better is a bit of a misnomer, because she still spills out of the top with naive ignorance. If the cold bothers her at all it doesn't show in the slightest, with even her puffy nipples resisting the breeze's best efforts. The busty centaur could easily fill a DDD cup bra, if she were to wear one. Surprisingly, her bust doesn't strain too hard against the dress. Instead, it opts to flood out the open sides. Ahmri begins as an event encounter, and the Champion meets her during the events of Harboring a Fugitive.

While traveling in Harvest Valley, the sound of hooves just over a hill alerts the Champion of an approaching Centaur Pack, and gives them the following choices:

The Champion and their party quietly creep up on a hill and spot three centaurs. Two male centaurs are menacing a female centaur they call Ahmri, telling her to return home with them, however, Ahmri states that whatever the weird red woman did to her father is clearly affecting them as well. She promises that she'll find someone to fix them and she asks to be left alone. Realizing that the centaurs are toying with her, the Champion walks up to the centaurs, weapon readied.

None of the three notice the Champion until they're practically standing between both parties. One of the marauders tries to convince the Champion to put their weapon away, but his partner adds that they'll get to fuck her every night along the way. With their plan revealed, the two prepare for a fight, putting the Champion in a fight against two weakened Centaur Marauders.

The less-diplomatic centaur starts seizing: his skin bulges from the inside, and he roars mindlessly as slippery tentacles sprout from his body. The other centaur swears and runs off, leaving the Champion to deal with his monstrous companion, who advances on a fear-stricken Ahmri.

The Champion rushes in, finishing the monster themselves or with the help of their companions. After the monster's death, Ahmri points her bow at the Champion, and asks how she can know they aren't another one of the "red bitch's pawns." When the Champion convinces her, she sinks to the ground in exhaustion, and states that she doesn't think she can run much further. She brought enough food to last her a while, but she needs to rest. The Champion checks Ahmri's supplies and finds nothing but sweets. They tell the tired centauress her food wouldn't last for a week before spoiling, and Ahmri is horrified, as she brought all her favorites.

The Champion helps Ahmri sort her food, leaving her with dried fruit and a handful of jerky. The Champion offers to help her shelter at Hawkethorne until they find some way to fix whatever is going on in the valley. Although the friendly gesture perks Ahmri up, she refuses to leave: as the only daughter of Chief Taldahs, she will not run away until she can fix her tribe. Respecting this decision, the Champion teaches Ahmri how to forage for eggs and make a fire, and invites her to stay in any of the camps they set up in the valley.

Building a camp on the spot does not consume Camping Supplies, since the Champion uses the dead centaur's gear. Ahmri, at first, doesn't know what to do, but after a bit, she joins in, and by the end, has done more than her fair share of setting up.

Should the Champion prefer a different spot in the valley, it will require Camping Supplies.

As the centaurs are about to take advantage of the Champion, the collected one notices that Ahmri's taken advantage of the commotion and run away. He berates his companion for not keeping an eye on her. The two rush off to find Ahmri.

Defeat or fleeing does not lock this encounter; the Champion can encounter it again at anytime until they rescue Ahmri from the marauding centaurs.

The next time the Champion chooses to investigate the noise, the more collected centaur recognizes them and asks if they don't know when to give up--they seem to have a common sense, unlike Ahmri, who has not stopped running--and the pair of marauders prepare once again for a fight.

Leaving does not lock this encounter; the Champion can encounter it again at anytime until they rescue Ahmri from the marauding centaurs.

Ahmri at Camp

Once the Champion has set up a new camp or visits one of their camps in Harvest Valley, a tired Ahmri collapses on a sleeping mat as her exhaustion finally catches up with her. In subsequent camp visits, Ahmri will be arranging her summer dresses while humming a soft tune.

Ahmri will be present at any camp the Champion sets up in Harvest Valley until they talk to Atani in the Marefolk Village.

The first time the Champion speaks to Ahmri, she will thank them for being a hero, and, smiling and fiddling her fingers, say she wants to thank them for saving her--and to not just use her words. She's not experienced with sex, she says, but she's confident in her boobs. When the Champion seems questioning of this offer, she explains that in centaur culture, those kinds of favors are a common way to thank a rescuer. She adds that usually the gratitude is expressed through handjobs because boobjobs are tough on--if not impossible for--centaurs, but she's read about them in books and she's always wanted to try it.

With that, the Champion has the following options:

If the Champion declines her offer, Ahmri deflates a little. She feels awkward, and states she got too caught up in her expectations from stories. The Champion explains that they think it might be better to wait until they're not harried by maddened centaur raiders, which convinces Ahrmi, who regains her bubbly disposition.

After the Champion responds to Ahmri's offer, they have the following options when visiting her in camp. Note that declining Ahmri's initial offer does not lock the Champion out of sex with her:

Books	From what you've heard centaur tradition is mostly based in oral histories. How is it that Ahmri seems to know of foreign stories and commonly written tales?

Ahmri knows about Hawkethorne, and saw a farm during her flight, and knows where the Marefolk Village is, although she's never been (and no centaur has for ages, as far as she knows). She's always been warned to watch out for marefolk, although, she adds, she doesn't know why that is. But, she says, she's not been far out of the village before, so she doesn't know much about the valley at large.

Most of her reading, she explains, was about legends. She shares the story of the birth of the Tarahugan, the river that bisects the valley. Two centaurs from warring tribes, Chief Ugan the Ironheart and Tarah of the North, the sister of a northern chieftain, Golas, fell in love. The star-crossed centaurs met in secret during the harvest each year, until Tarah became pregnant.

When their love was discovered, the lovers escaped south to the foot of a mountain, where they found Lumia, herself giving birth in a cavern. They asked her for aid, and the goddess, moved by Tarah's own pregnancy, promised it. A rushing noise filled the tavern, and when the two recovered, they found a new-born stream flowing out of the cave; when they exited, they found they too, had been transformed by the goddess.

Ahmri adds that this experience didn't solve all the pair's problems, but that they lived happily ever after (and she likes to think they might still be doing the goddess' work). The river that runs through the valley still bears their names.

Ahmri gives the Champion intel about the layout of the village. Tucked into a ravine, the village is arranged in a circle, with the common living spaces in the center. She and her father live on the north side. She tells the Champion there's a path through the mountains that the gatherers use to collect herbs and flowers--which they'd use to make her favorite cakes!--but because it's narrow and the footing is uneven, the centaurs would never initiate combat there: they can use it to enter the village unnoticed. She adds that Kasyrra did something to her father to turn him into a tentacled beast, but she's certain it's still him on the inside.

Ahmri explains that she learned to read in order to read the letters that come from her mother, who lives in the Far North. (The most recent one was about saving a nearly-hypothermic northern minotaur, and eating something called nargle stew to warm up!) The process was simple: her father would trade for books from traders, and he'd read the stories to her. Once she started to learn the words, she started asking for her own books.

As she got older, she started gravitating towards lewder stories, although she likes romances in general; as a child, she loved the stories of heroic knights and ladies and dragons (who may have been in love or saving each other in any configuration!).
