Since August 14, 2020, CoC2 has been available on Steam. As of version 0.6.31, there are currently 81 Steam Achievements.

Example
- The All Roads Lead To achievement is a reference to the saying 'All roads lead to Rome' as Khor'minos is based on Rome
- You could go on to explain why the saying exists but thats purely up to how much trivia ya wanna add
- The Donut Steele achievement is a reference to the game Trials in Tainted Space, by Fenoxo.
- Shar from the Ugly Duckling achievement was originally meant to be Savin's fourth companion, but was relegated to a normal NPC.
- Berwyn from the Wyn-Wyn Situation was originally a companion, with this achievement granted upon his recruitment. Due to his original author leaving the team and no longer receiving support, Berwyn was relegated to a normal NPC.
