In regards to nipple transformations, all 3 conditions will be checked with only one outcome/change. If the first condition is a success it has a 75/75 (100%) chance to occur, it will then check the second condition and if it passes the chance for it to occur is 20/95 (21%), with the first condition now having a 75/95 (79%) chance to occur. If the first condition fails and the second passes, the chance for the second effect to occur is 20/20. The third condition has a 5/100 chance to occur (if all 3 conditions can be met).
