Etheryn, or "Ryn", as she prefers, was born the second child of Queen Alraince, ruler of the isolated Winter City. Her mother died of complications from childbirth and her father, the King Dowager, was killed on a hunt a few years later, leaving the throne to Ryn's elder sister, Alissa. Although Alissa projected the image of a strong and noble huntress-queen to the ordinary frost elves of Winter City, she was endlessly cruel to Etheryn in private, relentlessly bullying her even as a child. When Etheryn came of age, Alissa 'rewarded' her by locking Etheryn's penis in a magical chastity cage and forcing Etheryn to service her on demand.

First Encounter
The Champion first meets Etheryn after defeating the Alraune and traversing through the Ruined Wayfort. Investigating the sound of sobbing turned to scream reveals Etheryn tied upside-down on top a shattered statue holding an axe; if on Silly Mode, she is instead pinned by her panties being hiked up on the axe, giving her a nuclear wedgie. From her ears, the Champion can confirm that she's an elf, with the Scholar background, they can tell she's a boreal elf and that its a momentous event for a southerner since most of their colleagues thought they've gone extinct. When she calls out for help, if Cait is present, she will reply that help is here; else, after looking for any signs of an ambush, the Champion replies by asking what happened to her as they close the distance. Upon seeing help, she thanks Lumia and asks them to hurry as she's afraid the red demon will come back.
Taking careful aim, the Champion lets loose a missile that undoes her bindings, and is caught by the Champion when she falls.
If Cait is present, she casts a ball of whitefire that undoes her bindings, and is caught by the Champion when she falls; else, the Champion climbs the statues and warns her to brace herself as they undo her bindings, if a companion is present, they will catch her; else, she lands hard on her shoulder.
Upon recovering, she thanks the Champion and introduces herself as Etheryn of Njorhaalt. She had been plucked right off her horse by the red demon was said to be a special snack for later. Etheryn promises to answer what questions they have when they get out, and asks if she can follow them as she doesn't want to have to sneak all the way to Castle Hawkstone by herself. She also asks if it's still standing as her people have lost contact with the south for a generation, and that they're too few of them left; if present Atugia will confirm that while the castle is fine, Carmen has kinda lost contact with everyone outside as well. Etheryn explains that she must speak to the lady of the castle, and requests if they could guide her to it. With that, the Champion is given the option to bring her into their party as a companion and eventually guide her to the castle, or have her make it on her own. Meeting her will also unlock the Boreal Elves codex entry.
Should the Champion bring her in, it will begin the events of Royal Amnesty, the events of which are covered on said page.
Introductions
If the Champion had refused to guide Etheryn and later met her at Castle Hawkstone, and now approaches her at The Frost Hound; or approaching her as a companion whether that be at camp or the inn for the first time, also Winter City must not have been cleared yet.
The Champion can decide to check up on Etheryn, in which they take a seat next to her - the mere act of approaching makes her recoil and she leans away from them, as if expecting to be hit. After a few moments of nothing, she forces herself to relax and sheepishly says hello. The Champion is forced to take the initiative to get her to talk about Winter City, to which she explains that Njorhaalt is the home of all boreal elves and that its been at least a hundred years since any of them travelled this far south. When asked why she left, she explains that there is something wrong in the city, that the queen had locked herself in her chambers and the guards have changed, going from just mean to evil, and unfortunately, no one in the city will listen. The old treaty of alliance between Winter City and the Frost Marches guarantees a mutual aid in times of crisis. A Champion with the Noble Scion or Scholar background will ask who is she to call upon old treaties; else, they will ask why she thinks the baroness will listen to her. She shrugs, explaining that she is a princess, "Duchess Etheryn var Ridell, Daughter of Queen Alraince", although she prefers to called Ryn as she never liked titles or formalities unlike her sister, the current queen. She was afraid that her sister's guards would really hurt her so she fled to look for help. With the treaty, whoever is the Lord of Hawkstone is now obliged to protect her, and maybe she can make the baroness listen to her.
Before she can say anything else, a bird with bloody-red feathers bursts in with a banshee-like screech. Etheryn immediately runs towards the beast and calls its name, before landing on one of her leather bracers. She praises the bird, and if Arona is present, she swears and states that the bird is worse than a harpy. She introduces her bird as Harrick, and gives a big genuine smile as she states that she let him loose before she fled the city as she was afraid that her sister would hurt him. She had been raising his lineage since she was a child, but he followed her - while Etheryn is giddy with excitement, the bird looks hatefully at everything except Etheryn.
If Etheryn has not been directly escorted to Castle Hawkstone, this will start the quest Royal Amnesty.

After introductions, the Champion may approach Etheryn and take a seat next to her, what they do and how she reacts depends on her confidence and if they sexed or not. With that, the following options will become available:

Curious on how she ended up hanging off the statue in the first place, the Champion asks Etheryn about it. She shifts uncomfortably as she states that when she was riding to the Queensroad, she had been too focused on keeping her horse from stepping into any potholes to notice a shadow following her. When she was grabbed, the pregnant demon stated that she was a delicious snack for later as the demon waited for the Champion, however, she was bound to the statue as the demon went into labor.

When asked what made her leave home, she explains that while the Winter City was never a real home because of the way she was treated, something changed in her sister and the whole palace. She left out of fear as the palace became cruel and abusive, so she took a horse from the stables and ran right through and out the city. A day later, the demon took her and they know the rest. With that, Etheryn lets out a long sigh and places her arms around her knees.

When first asked about herself, there is a long pause from Etheryn before she forms a clinical retelling. She states her full name as Princess Etheryn var Ridell, second-born of Queen Alraince, however, her mother died when she was born and her father soon after. She was raised by her elder sister, Queen Alissa, within the largest settlement in the northlands - the Winter City. She tells of the beauty of her home and that her sister is a hero beyond reproach, as she leads their armies against the foul beastmen of the ice plains and has saved her people time and time again.
The Champion gently reminds Etheryn that they asked about her, to which she's taken off-guard and replies that there's not much to tell. When reassured of their question, Etheryn explains that her older sister raised her at a young age, although they had little in common. Alissa hated her for crippling their mother, and she was forced to set aside her drinking and fighting to become queen, to which she never let it be forgotten how much of Etheryn's existence inconvenienced her. As Etheryn grew, so did her sister's cruelty.
Etheryn sighs and turns away as if lost in the memory of her own torments. The Champion assumes that she might have more to say later.

According to her sister, the reason for the region's name, The Frost Marches, was because it used to be the borderland between the Belharan Empire and theirs.
When asked about how most of her people are like, she assumes they mean the people outside her palace and replies that she wishes she knew as she was rarely allowed to leave the palace outside of her sister's care. She was sometimes able to sneak into town during the dead of night and just watch the people, to try and feel normal for a while. When asked what she saw, she answers people, not all that different from the folk at Hawkethorne. Despite the cold, they were always so warm and open, quick to laugh and open their arms to strangers. She would walk among the townsfolk and always be welcomed, even if nobody recognized her. Although Alissa would always find her in the morning and, with a Confidence of 50+, she was never sure until now if it was worth it, but the memories made any punishment Alissa would dish out a fleeting thing; else, she was never sure if it was worth the torture, but she'd keep doing it anyway.
She gets back to the original topic and answers that they have always been ruled by a woman, and that the strongest among them would join the Order of the Argent Wing which is a Lumian paladin order, while the rest would become guards, huntresses, or priestesses. When the storms end, she could see people shoveling the snow off their roofs before it melts, sometimes the cathedral would call upon its sun priestesses to melt the snow. One would know if they were out from the loud cheering from the city. Even from where she was, she could tell that the city was full of life and happiness, and while most boreal elves come across as big boisterous warriors, most of them are full of love and fire, not like her sister. With a Confidence of 50+, she sighs and adds that Alissa, her guards and courtiers are the exception, hearts like ice; else, she states that at least she hopes that's the case.
When asked on who Etheryn's friend is, the beast responds first by screeching at them and opening up its wings in challenge. Etheryn giggles and introduces her best friend and loyal companion, Harrick. His grandfather had been given to Etheryn as part of her father's will and she had been raising his bloodline ever since she was old enough - to which Harrick squawks in agreement. She asks the Champion if they'd like to pick him up, to which Harrick fixes them a bold stare, and they are given the following options:

Harrick ruffles his feathers and huffs in protest as Etheryn hands the Champion her falconry glove. Despite himself, Harrick perches on the Champion's gauntleted hand and they can't tell if he's either shocked or hateful. Harrick largely ignores the Champion as he fusses at Etheryn. She states that Harrick might be still getting used to the Champion and adds that he's the least personable of all the war-hawks she's raised; Harrick squawks in agreement and pecks that the Champion's thumb. They ease his worry as the Champion hands him back to Etheryn.

Harrick hops towards the Champion and begins bobbing his head up and down. Etheryn grins as she guides the Champion's hand to rest it upon Harrick, to which he nuzzles against their hand. She giggles that Harrick might like them.
Harrick hops along the table and head-butts the Champion's stomach, which turns into a nuzzle and a trilling sound in his throat. Etheryn is astonished as she smiles from ear to ear, stating that she's never seen him do that to anyone before, that he is really warming up to them. The Champion teases by asking if it's only him, to which Etheryn plants a kiss on their cheek and replies not by a long shot.
When asked if Etheryn can tell them anything about her sister, with a Confidence less than 75, Etheryn squirms, clearly uncomfortable with the topic, but relents; else, Etheryn answers if the Champion would like, while her jawline tightens and her voice comes out slow and measured. Etheryn explains that Alissa is her older sister and is a lot older than her, even by elven standards. Alissa was a well-known and respected huntress, beloved by all before Etheryn was born. She was also free-spirited and prideful, having reveled in all the joys of life, however, when she became queen, she blamed Etheryn for everything bad that ever happened to her. Her people still love her, especially the warriors, as they fawn over her when she walks among them. With a Confidence of 50+, Etheryn adds that even if she'd spoken up, she doubts anyone would have believed that their beloved queen was capable of being such a monster.
When asked what her fighting style is, considering they have to confront her someday, Etheryn answers that she hopes they come prepared as Alissa was the finest warrior in the Winter City. She is everything an elven huntress could hope to be, being a master of the bow and curved sword, she also knows a bit of dark and ice magic. When asked if she has any weaknesses;
Etheryn shakes her head and apologizes, stating that she doesn't know as she was always in awe when watching her.
Etheryn sighs and shrugs, stating that she doesn't know, that Alissa has learned a little of everything and she doesn't think fighting Alissa head to head would be very smart.
Etheryn states that there might be, that Alissa is a braggart and a bully that throws herself at her enemies. While she's never really studied Alissa's fighting style, from what she's seen, Alissa would go all out on the offense, with no defense at all. If the Champion could outlast her attacks or hit her hard enough to disrupt her stance before she can get going, they may have a chance.
Etheryn grins at them and states that Alissa may have a weakness, that she's an overconfident bully. Alissa knows that she can defeat anybody so she goes all-in on the offense, Etheryn's never seen her parry more than one or two blows, additionally she wears no armor. If the Champion can disrupt her attacks or outlast them until she gets tired, they could take her on, although, she cautions them to be careful as she doesn't want to lose them, especially to her sister.
On the topic of her enchanted cage, they wonder if they can remove her cage by removing her cock entirely through the use of alchemy. Etheryn gasps at them, and stutters that it won't work, and that she's already tried that a long time ago. She had begged the village's alchemist to brew something that would shrink her cock, and when she took it, the cage shrunk with her. In general, Etheryn loves to talk about her city and her people. She expresses worry about Alissa both before and after completing the Palace of Ice, although this can be mitigated at high Confidence. In fact, all of Ryn's talks are heavily inflected by her Confidence; low-Confidence Ryn is very shy about most things (other than chatting about frost elves, which always makes her happy) and high-Confidence Ryn speaks about them with more ease and hope.
Ryn is also excited about warm, tender topics, regardless of Confidence. If Elthara becomes a mother, Ryn is extremely proud of her.
Harrick

"T-this is my bird, Harrick," Ryn says, turning to you with the first big, genuine smile you've ever seen from her. "I let him loose when I ran from the city... I didn't want my sister to hurt him because I left. He's been my best friend since I was a baby... and now he's here! He followed me!"
Harrick is Etheryn's war hawk and best friend (apart from the Champion). He returns to her when the Champion initially meets Ryn, accompanies her on adventures, and can be summoned for use in battle. The Champion can interact with Ryn and Harrick together through the talk menu, which makes for the easiest way to check on Ryn's Confidence; at low Confidence, Harrick will be suspicious and uneasy around the Champion, but at high Confidence, the very good bird accepts headpats and playfully headbutts the Champ in the chest.
Give Item
The Champion may give Etheryn certain transformative items that will change her body and also her appearance (picture). Etheryn's bust will change when she reaches C cups and butt and hip rating of 9.

Quests and Events
While no companion is a forced companion; as a companion, Etheryn can offer unique input and insight into various quests and events, her contribution is more so in quests involving the northern reaches of the Frost Marches, especially when the Winter City is involved.
Due to the length of most quests and events, information on said scenarios will be found in their respective pages. That said, exceptions are present when the scenario is quite short, such is the case for Royal Amnesty.
Royal Amnesty
Having begun the events of Royal Amnesty after Etheryn's Introductions, the quest takes them to Castle Hawkstone.
On the way to the castle, Etheryn extends a leather-clad hand for Harrick to land, giving a loud screech that echoes as he wings down. Etheryn hopes that the baroness will hear her out, to which; if Atugia is present, she will reassure her that Carmen is a reasonable gal most of the time; else the Champion puts a reassuring hand on her shoulder and states that she'll do fine. The castle's huge wooden doors open, if Atugia has not been recruited, she will appear first to hold the door for the baroness. The baroness comments that she doesn't remember summoning anyone today, and politely asks why she's being visited.
Etheryn shuffles her feet awkwardly until Harrick stamps on her glove and pecks at her. Etheryn stammers through her greetings, but is cut-off as the baroness sighs and tells her to get it together as her patience is far more limited than her time. With an audible gulp, Etheryn introduces herself and humbly requests sanctuary in Castle Hawkstone - stammering only thrice this time.
With a narrowed brow, the baroness thought the boer'alvar had died out long ago, asking why a young princess would seek her protection, and questions her lack of guards.
Etheryn whines as she states she's alone, and stammers over her words as she explains that they have no king, that her sister is, that her sister is evil, and that she ran away.
Concentrating on the baroness' words and not her steely gaze, Etheryn takes a deep breath and introduces herself, and humbly requests sanctuary in Castle Hawkstone - stammering only once.

Etheryn takes a deep breath, steadies herself, and looks directly at the baroness' eyes. She introduces herself, humbly requesting sanctuary in Castle Hawkstone.

Proudly, Etheryn states that she had not come alone as she takes the Champion's hand in hers. She explains that they have no king, only a wicked tyrant of a queen whose heart has turned black as soot. While she ran away from the city, her people are still in peril and so she need the baroness' help.
The baroness fixes her gaze on Etheryn and clarifies that she's looking for help in retaking the city from her evil sister. This clarifying question causes Etheryn to shuffle awkwardly, however, the baroness tells her to relax and formally introduces herself. Unfortunately, Belhar is no more and with it, much of her power. There only live [2/3 (with Atugia)] people in her castle, and one of them is a gargoyle. She cannot offer the hospitality and comfort befitting of a princess, as well as the resources to retake a city many miles away. The Marcher Baron's armies were utterly destroyed during the Godswar and hiring mercenaries to keep the roads clear has resulted in many of them becoming bandits or worse. This news causes Etheryn to slump, and the baroness apologizes that the four-century-old treaty was with an empire that no longer exists, and she has no power to help Etheryn even if she were to honor it. The best she can offer is getting the best room and her needs met at The Frost Hound, and that she may stay in her barony as long as she needs.
Etheryn turns to the Champion with wide teary eyes, and they are given the following options:

With a sigh, the Champion thanks the baroness for her time and hearing Etheryn's plea. The baroness in return gives an apologetic smile, stating that she truly is sorry and tells them to take care of the young princess as her path will be a long and difficult one. Etheryn begins to sniffle, a sign for the Champion to guide her out before she embarrasses herself.
The Champion scowls and thrusts a finger at Carmen's face, exclaiming that she dare call herself a noble, that she can't just ignore a treaty and run away. The baroness sighs and explains that she has no soldiers to offer, no staff to wait on Etheryn in the castle, she has nothing. She tells the Champion to begone and that they should be thankful she doesn't rescind what generosity she has shown the princess with their outburst. Understanding she has a point, they leave and guide Etheryn back to town. Etheryn thanks them for standing up for her, and they reply that they'll need to deal with Queen Alissa themselves.
The Champion pulls Etheryn into a tight hug and she starts bawling. The baroness awkwardly bites her lower lip and glances around for anyone watching as she rests a comforting hand on Etheryn's back, stating that she is sorry and she truly wishes that there was more she could do. The Champion thanks her for at least ensuring Etheryn is welcome in town, and she withdraws back into her old keep.
This action of comfort gives Etheryn (+5 confidence).
With a sigh, the Champion turns and leaves, causing a tear-streaked Etheryn to chase after them. When asked what she's going to do, the Champion simply shrugs and states that they'll need to deal with Queen Alissa themselves.
This action of "abandonment" or brutal truth gives Etheryn (-10 confidence).
The Palace of Ice
Etheryn is a mandatory party member for the culmination of Act 1, the Palace of Ice dungeon. If she is in the active party as a companion, the party can have Hethia as a guest. If she is not in the active party or not even a companion, Ryn is the automatic guest instead. As such, it is best to recruit Ryn and level her up to at least level 5 before entering the Winter City, because this improves her combat power even as a guest party member.
Ryn helps explain much of what's happened to the palace since Kasyrra's arrival: the corruption of many of the guards and nobles, what's happened to Elthara and Jael'yn, what's happened to her sister and the throne room. After a confrontation with Alissa and her new mistress, Ryn fights with the Champion against her imp-laden sister. During the fight and the encounter with Kasyrra and Alissa on the palace balcony, Ryn chases off her newly demonic sister with arrows; although she wounds Alissa in the battle, she is unable to land a killing blow before the erstwhile queen escapes.
After Alissa's departure and the cleansing of the corrupted from the palace, Ryn returns to the throne room to address her people and warn them of the demon threat. Elthara names Ryn the Princess Regent of the Winter City and tasks her with finding and defeating the now dethroned Alissa in accordance with ancient law as a prerequisite for becoming queen. Ryn then uses the opportunity to try to heal the schism between the Lumian elves of the Winter City and Hethia's fellow druids, and names the Champion as her Champion of Frost.
Optional Rewards
Downstairs, in the basement, the Champion can visit the palace vault before fighting Jael'yn and the rest of the encounters. If Ryn opens the vault door, either with her blood or with her cum, she receives a new gear set and a revelation about Alissa.
Upstairs, in Etheryn's room - only accessible after defeating Alissa - the Champion can discover Ryn's lingerie set. This enables a scene where Ryn can show off her outfit to the Champion, and Champions with real cocks or magicocks can optionally end it by fucking her butt, to her delight. Ryn must have at least 30 Confidence to model her outfit for the Champion. After that, she can show off her outfit from the regular sex menu whenever the Champion wants.
Both of these optional rewards, if missed on the initial run through the dungeon, can be acquired after completing it. However, as one of the best healing and buffing sets in the game, Ryn's Queenly Raiment gear from the vault is such a significant boost for her combat power that it's strongly recommended that the player acquire it on first entering the dungeon.
Becoming the Baron(ess)
Following the completion of the Palace of Ice dungeon, Etheryn will offer a surprise reward to the Champion, and ask them to go to the Wayfort. Upon arrival, they are greeted by Elthara and a contingent of elven soldiers led by Bailiff Daliza. El - and Ryn, if she is present in the active party - offers to confirm the Champion's possession of the Wayfort with a baronial patent from the elven crown. By accepting the title, the Champion becomes a baron or baroness of the March and gains the services of Daliza and her troops to garrison the Wayfort and help patrol the Frostwood.
Accepting the title overjoys Ryn if she is present, so much so that Elthara offers to step aside so Ryn can grant the title personally. Ryn alters the proclamation of nobility by saying that the Champion is "her" spear and shield, eyes and ears, rather than "the realm's"; at extremely high Confidence, she also says that the Champion is "her heart". Elthara reminds her of the correct words, but doesn't actually object. The high priestess also hints that Etheryn's granting of a title is to make the Champion a nobleman or noblewoman so that she can eventually marry them.
If Ryn is not in the active party, Elthara grants the title in her monarch's name instead.
Rejecting the title deeply disappoints Ryn and the elves, and also locks out one of the primary options for improving the Wayfort.
Specter of the Wyld
Etheryn is a mandatory party guest or companion for the investigation into the Winter City's crypts. As with the Palace of Ice dungeon, Ryn is best in this quest if leveled up beforehand. Make sure that she is at the level you want her to be and wearing her appropriate gear set before returning to the palace for the first time after entering the Glacial Rift.
The quest is full of revelations for Etheryn about her family history, as she meets the shades of her grandmothers, Synneva and Atheldred. Both encounters have conversations, although these can be avoided by using Abjure on the ghosts instead.
Optional Rewards
Ryn can gain multiple significant stat bonuses if the Champion does not banish either Athel or Synne. The most fruitful way to complete the quest - at least, for Etheryn - is to promise to assist Synneva in persuading Atheldred to let go of her hatred. Both encounters still require combat to resolve, but avoiding banishment and not asking Hethia or Elthara to send the ghosts' spirits to the beyond enables you to reunite the lovers following Athel's defeat in battle.
If the Champion persuades Athel and Synne to reunite after defeating both ghosts in battle, Etheryn receives a permanent upgrade to her bow that grants it an additional +10 Holy damage. If they reunite over an emotional conversation with Ryn, rather than through sex, the elven princess gains the permanent holy damage buff to her bow and an additional permanent +10 Critical chance regardless of set or primary weapon.
Festivus Ball
Completing Specter of the Wyld unlocks a special seasonal event. During the month of December - or at any point in the year, if seasonal events are active as "always on" - Etheryn and Elthara will invite the Champion to attend a winter celebration, a giant party put on by the crown for all the people of the Winter City. This year, in order to try to gradually heal the schism, the druids are invited as well. The Champion has the option to participate in the festivities or decline to attend.
If the Champion is present, they have several interaction options with Etheryn, including chats during the party, a royal speech for the masses, a Cinderella-esque ballroom dance between Champion and monarch with no one else on the floor, and ending the evening by making love under the stars.
Spend Time
After completing Specter of the Wyld, the Champion has the option to spend time with Ryn in the Winter City. These dates consist of a visit to a landmark and then a meal out. All the while, Ryn excitedly shares information about her people and talks about everything she's seen, heard, or lived in the city; Confident Ryn also expresses hope that she can change things for the better in the future as queen and help keep her people safe and happy.
The Champion raises Ryn's Confidence by 10 with every date. However, only one date can be completed per day.
Dates may optionally end with sex in Ryn's chambers. Sex options are pulled from her normal interact sex menu.
If other companions are in the active party, they can make brief appearances in certain parts of the date.

Special Mechanics
Confidence
Some of Etheryn's personality remains constant: she loves her people and is excited to learn new things, and she cares very deeply about the Champion as the person who rescued her. But depending on the Champion's actions, Ryn can either stay downtrodden, shy, and submissive or grow to show charm, grace, wit, and bravery.
At low Confidence, Ryn is the Champion's plaything, desperately eager to do anything that would please them because even a brutish Champion is better than Alissa. At high Confidence, Ryn is the Champion's dear friend and potential lover, an emotional princess who deeply cares about them and wants to make things better.
Different Confidence levels also change Etheryn's art; low-Confidence Ryn looks considerably more ill at ease, both nude and clothed, while high-Confidence Ryn looks excited to be there, smiling and showing off for the Champion.

Libido
Libido as a stat increases tease effectiveness, reduces tease resistance, and increases the success chance when using Sense. The stat is calculated as 10 + Libido Mod (which is 8 in Etheryn's case). However, Etheryn has certain scene variations that will check her Libido Range which will check the percentage of her libido vs the libido max (100). It is noted, however, that as Libido increases, characters will receive a penalty to their Mental Resistance, as it is so much harder to resist your lusts, and to even care who or what's propositioning you.
At low Libido, Etheryn will be more sexually hesitant (although this can be mitigated somewhat by high Confidence). A Libido in the middle of the range - between 25 and 75 - makes Ryn sexually eager but usually only when appropriate. A Libido higher than 75 makes Ryn a slave to her own lusts. If she is still caged, Ryn's High Libido also decreases the amount of time Ryn can spend without getting off before gaining the negative Blue-Balled effect.

Buttslut
As of update 0.5.36, Etheryn’s sex scenes are no longer locked out based on the PCs dick size. Instead, Ryn can be trained to gain the Buttslut perk. Certain scenes can lead to Buttslut Point accumulation. She loses 1 Buttslut Point every 3 days if she does not have the perk. When she reaches 10 Buttslut Points, she gains the perk permanently.

After initial recruitment, Etheryn does not start out with sex options while traveling. These are only unlocked after she becomes blue-balled. The Champion notices Etheryn's strange behavior: fidgetiness, sweating, locking her thighs together, trembling. Upon further interaction, Ryn denies that there's any problem, but can't stop herself from leaking cum all over her legs. Once Etheryn has confessed her situation, the next time Etheryn becomes blue-balled (calculated as time since her last orgasm + (60 * (40 - Libido/3))) which at base usually means about 34 - 36 hours since she's last cum, Etheryn will not be able to recover resolve through resting until she's cum due to her predicament. However, the Champion can fix this in several ways. They can provide Ryn with a dildo (purchased from the Caravan of Wonders), they can suggest that Ryn fuck some of the other members of the party (such as Cait or Arona), or they can simply fuck her regularly on their own. Each of these options relieves Ryn's lust, and if she has a dildo or is persuaded to have sex with other party members, she will not develop the blue balls condition.
Confession also makes it possible for Ryn to trust the Champion to have sex with her. In addition to opening up her repeatable sex menu, confession adds additional talk options.

These sets can be found and changed at the Character section in the Journal while the desired companion is present in the party. Sleep With Etheryn

The first time the Champion asks Ryn to sleep with them, Ryn will gain 5 Confidence. The first time the Champion asks Ryn to sleep on her own again, she will lose 5 Confidence if her current Confidence is 74 or less.
