The Sexable category refers to if the character can be sexed by the Champion (either the Champion does the fucking or them) at least once that does not result in a bad end.
For example Mistress Matiha has sex-related content but only if the Champion were to lose during the events of The Mistress but this will result in a bad end, the sexable category does not apply to her.
Cases like the Orc Thane where the Champion must lose to the Gate Guards during the events of Right of Conquest, is valid due to not ending in a bad end and will allow the Champion to progress further.
